This Tracker Chart will help me keep track of my progress, Starting September 23, 2011 my starting weight is 210lbs. My goal is 120lbs. this program is design to lose 30.5 average pounds for 6months which 5lbs is the average weight loss per month, So I hope I will lose more than that, If I am not satisfied with my weight lost after 6months the cycle begins and go back to Month 1 again and continue the program until I reach my goal.
