Hi guys, Today as I get ready for work and brought some apples again, I know you might get tired of me eating some apples but hey at least it's a good fruit to eat and it's healthy its better eating apple than chips right? Anyway, during my 15minutes break I just drink some water. and then during dinner time at work I was so hungry I ate some garlic rice and some beef so delicious! of course I didn't forget to sprinkled Sensa with my food.
